Stephie
Cyr, is the founder of Inner Insights Holistic School & Spa,
currently celebrating over 12 years in holistic health.
Stephie
endows students with an intense fusion of holistic education, offering a
medley of specialized massage techniques, Aromatherapy, wholesome nutrition, and a savvy
business sense. Stephie holds a business marketing diploma from
Mohawk College, is a certified Instructor for Aromatherapy Massage.
She is a Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional (C.A.H.P.) recognized
by Canadian Federation of Aromatherapist (C.F.A.) and has an Advanced
Aromatherapy certificate.
Stephie has been teaching aromatherapy massage and
holistic spa courses for over 8 years. She has graduated from D'Arcy Lane Institute
2200 hr massage program in 2007 and is currently
awaiting provincial board exams. She is also a Reiki Master, Iridologist, Alternative
Nutritionist, Reflexologist, Instructor for Hot Stone, and Holistic Spa
Therapy. She is also
certified in introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has led Goddess
Retreats for 8 years, She offers workshops and engaging seminars. She
believes we are all in control of our own destiny
and is passionate about empowering individuals to develop their fullest potential
and live happy, healthy lives.

Natalie Boudreau, R.M.T.
Registered Massage Therapist graduated from College Boreal in 2004, certified
in Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Personal Training.
Natalie is also fluent in French.

Kristyl Kruusi has been a
part of Inner Insights since 2007. As a Certified Aroma-Hot Stone
Therapist, and Deep Tissue Aromatherapist she takes pride in treating our
clients with compassion and energy. She is a passionate person, who loves
eating clean, running and is always looking for the next exciting adventure.
She holds a Psychology Degree from the University of Western Ontario. She
reminds us that taking time to treasure lifes little moments only
strengthens our ability to live and dream. Live Healthy and be Happy.

Shanel Sawchuk – Certified Hot Stone Massage Therapist, Intuitive,
Reiki Level 2 and Crystals Therapist. Shanel also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts
in dance from York University. She is passionate about balance in life,
creating peace and tranquility. She enjoys customizing various modalities to
aid her clients achieve peace and vitality.

Vegetarian Caterer, with over 20 years of food service industry. She is a
world traveler with a passion for healthy living. Melanie also holds
a degree in bio from Western University. Melanie is also fluent in
Spanish.

is deeply grounded which enables her to support and lovingly encompass each
person’s energies, however needy or challenging they may be.
Heloisa
is a Toronto practitioner that we have subcontracted in the past and
regard her as a very wise elder. We wish she lived closer but she
is well worth any journey to get to work with. In my 12 years of
practice I have yet to meet a more grounded and well rounded bright
