WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is made up of two Japanese words. REI is the boundless universal energy that lives in all matter. KI is the vital life force that flows through all living beings. Dr. Usui was responsible for Reiki’s revival in the early 1800’s, though it dates back much further. A Reiki session consists of a gentle, non-intrusive touch to bring about balance, wholeness, and healing at a deep level. Both physical and emotional blocks can be healed, thereby Reiki has the natural inclination to enhance an individual’s physical and emotional state.

WHAT CAN REIKI DO?

Reiki is a deep relaxation experience that allows the bodies energy’s to flow freely, clearing blockages and balancing the body, mind and spirit. Some benefits include pain relief, alleviating stress and tension, improving relaxation and revitalization, family dynamics, spiritual quests, focus, clarity, and increasing your own healing abilities. By clearing these physical and emotional blockages it allows you to relax and focus so to improve your daily quality of life.
